Clean Energy Ireland Ltd is providing energy saving products and services to new-build and retrofit customers since it's formation in 2006. Our customer types are varied, but mostly we deal with domestic builders and homeowners who want to improve the energy performances and/or improve comfort levels.
Due to continued growth, we have this position in our financial department. You would work as part of a team to ensure invoices are generated and sent to customers in an accurate and timely manner. Training will be provided.
- Creation of invoices using tick lists.
- Update Installation /Invoice/Unit logs.
- Check timesheets against invoice logs.
- Complete and email customer invoices.
- Send monthly statements to customers.
- Deal with queries from customers.
- Allocate payments on Sage system.
- Filing/scanning of documents.
- Reception duties
- Perform any other tasks/duties as required by supervisors and managers.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: €15.00-€17.00 per hour
